Just a reminder...1. If you are practising the 2 sets of comprehension exercises I distributed today, you can ask one of the teachers to leave the answers on my desk or drop it off at the office if there are no teachers around. Alternatively, you can type out your answers and email them to me. Otherwise it'll have to wait till we return from the break.
2. Remember to do your oral practice. The paper is crucial to help you pass or attain a better grade.
3. Squeeze in some time to revise for Prelim II. Cannot afford to be laid back. You can expect yourselves to be very busy in term 3 so do not wait till term starts to prepare for the exams. There will not be enough time.
4. Submit the planner I issued in Term 3. You are to either pen your plans and carry them out faithfully or carry out your plans and monitor them by charting on the planner. Either way, you need to show me how you are spending your time. Wisely...I hope.
5. If you are travelling, just take note that MOH has expanded the list of affected areas for the H1N1 virus. With effect from 3 Jun 2009, the affected areas are USA, Canada, Mexico, Melbourne andthe state of Victoria in Australia, the cities of Kobe and Osaka in Japan,and Chile. Please refer to the MOH's Website at www.moh.gov.sg for the latest information. So, if you need to visit the above-mentioned places, remember to be socially responsible and exercise self-quarantine even if you are cleared at immigration.
6. Remember to check the class blog for updates, especially the weekend before school reopens.
